Absolutely excellent company

I have 2 high end motorcycles protected with Automatrics products. They alert me if anyone touches the bikes. The product is fantastic and has RF tracking as well. Look up Automatrics on YouTube in which actual theft recovery operations are filmed. Then there’s the customer service. It’s second to none. It’s more like a family who run it than a normal everyday company. 24 hrs a day I can send a message and get support almost immediately. If there’s a problem they will fix it. I had a problem today which was resolved straight away. An outstanding product with an outstanding company.

My BMW S1000rr got stolen I called Automatrics to let them know that my bike was stolen. They were amazing. They found my bike quickly and it was such a difficult location to locate. My bike had cut battery cables and disconnected fuses and plugs. Danny put everything together the bike started with. I am so grateful. Highly Recommended.

Stolen bike (again)

My bike just went at 4am in morning- heard it rev up and go. Went out to find my lock in 2 pieces on the road. This is the first time it’s gone since fitting the tracker. I looked at my Automatrics app and realised that I was an idiot and had forgotten to arm it the night before. Called the police and called Automatrics. The call to Automatrics was immediately picked up by Richard who travelled up to search for it. By 6.50 it had been located (the tracker having come out of sleep mode) and the police were calling to say they had found it. What they didn’t bother to mention was that they only attended and re-acquired it because Automatrics had liaised with them behind the scenes and told them exactly where it was! I turned up and the police left. Richard returned to meet me and arranged a recovery vehicle. Dropped the bike off at a garage local to me by around 8.30. The whole experience of losing the bike, finding it, and getting it back to a repair shop took around 4 1/2 hours. Utterly brilliant service.
