Automatrics Recover 5 stolen plant machines with Essex Police
Plant Security Tracking system specialist company Automatrics have tracked a stolen breaker attachment to locate it along with five other stolen machines worth approx £95K in Brentwood Essex. The equipment was all fraudulently hired by a bogus construction company at the end of September and had been out on site for 20 days before the national hire company raised the alarm. Despite the challengers of trying to recover without GPS the Automatrics radio finder was able to triangulate GSM cell sites to find a location to pick up the plant trackers radio beacon. The recovery operation lasted over 24 hours a somewhat longer than normal recovery due to there being a particular busy Friday night operational need by Essex Police.
